The Workers Compensation Commission of NSW is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced people for appointment to the positions of Arbitrator.

The Commission is offering both Sessional roles based in Sydney and Regional centres as well as full time Sydney based roles with terms up to 5 years with eligibility for reappointment. Some travel may be required.
Full-time Arbitrators receive a salary of $232,730 per annum plus super (legal qualified) and $209,225 p/a plus super (not legally qualified), reviewed annually. Sessional Arbitrators are remunerated under a fee schedule, based on an hourly rate of $185.45 p/h (legally qualified) and $166.73 p/h (not legally qualified).
